Erik Vasilauskas
Research Analyst
Erik Vasilauskas is a research analyst in the Office of the President at the W.E. Upjohn Institute, where he contributes data analysis, writing, and visualization to research and presentations on labor markets and economic trends. His work supports the Institute’s efforts to translate data into accessible insights for policymakers, workforce professionals, and the public. Before joining Upjohn, he co-founded Dream Scene Placemaking, a community arts initiative dedicated to advancing local identity and civic engagement through public art. Vasilauskas holds an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Michigan Technological University and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Dayton.
