Increasingly, sustainable careers require education beyond high school.

However, student debt may stifle education and career opportunities for younger workers. Policymakers want to know which types of undergraduate programs—colleges and universities, community colleges, technical institutes and proprietary schools—provide the best return on investment, and how to assess costs and benefits.
