Pulse is partnering with state and national leaders to host a four-part webinar series focused on helping Michigan employers better understand child care as a workforce strategy. Titled The Michigan Employer Roadmap to Child Care Solutions, the series will explore how businesses can support working families while strengthening recruitment, retention, and employee well-being.
The webinars are designed for employers, HR leaders, chambers of commerce, economic developers, and child care advocates. They will feature experts from the U.S. Chamber Foundation, Bipartisan Policy Center, Atlanta Federal Reserve, Bronson Healthcare, and MiLEAP. Topics will include workforce impacts of child care, employer-supported benefits, financing solutions, and the role businesses can play in building stronger child care ecosystems.
The four webinars will take place from 2:30 to 4 p.m. ET on June 3, June 24, July 15, and Aug. 12. Each session will feature practical insights from national experts and Michigan employers working to address child care challenges in their communities. Learn more and register here.
