Don Edgerly

Mr. Edgerly is responsible for managing Institute personnel, technology and facility operations. His responsibilities include functioning as the Secretary / Treasurer for the Institute Board of Trustees and also for the Harold and Grace Upjohn Foundation. He participates in local and regional Institute economic and workforce development projects. In this capacity he contributes to strategic planning initiatives, conducts focus groups and key informant interviews.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.

Mr. Edgerly holds a license in Counseling Psychology and is a Certified Business Solutions Professional. His professional experience includes the fields of psychology, human resources, training and development, group facilitation, and workforce development. Prior to joining the Institute, Mr. Edgerly managed federal and state workforce development programs for three counties in Southwest Michigan.
