Senior economist Timothy Bartik will deliver the keynote address at the 2017 Indiana Summit for Economic Development via Early Learning. Bartik will discuss how early childhood education supports workforce and economic development. The Summit will be held on June 5 at the Monroe County Convention Center in Bloomington, Indiana.
