Institute author Morris M. Kleiner to testify before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee

Institute author, Morris M. Kleiner, will testify on February 2 at 2:00 pm before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Kleiner, a noted expert on occupational licensing, will share with the Committee insights on occupational licensing policy in the U.S.

Kleiner is the author of three books on occupational licensing: Licensing Occupations: Ensuring Quality or Restricting Competition?, Stages of Occupational Licensing: Analysis of Case Studies, and most recently Guild-Ridden Labor Markets: The Curious Case of Occupational Licensing.
