The Neighborhood Employment HUBs continue to help participants overcome barriers and succeed in the workforce. January 2026 highlights include:
- 88 active working participants within the program.
- 10 participants advanced their earnings wage
- An average wage of $16.42 per hour
- 23 support services provided
One success story highlights a participant who, with support from the HUB, obtained reliable transportation, work clothing, and disability assistance. These resources helped her maintain employment, attend trainings, and take on extra shifts with confidence.
