On February 24, Mary E. Lovely, the Melvin A. Eggers Economics Faculty Scholar and professor of economics at Syracuse University's Maxwell School, presents the fourth of six lectures in the 2015–2016 Werner Sichel Lecture Series at Western Michigan University. Lovely's lecture is titled "China's Evolving State Enterprises." It is part of a series titled "The Impacts of China's Rise on the Pacific and the World."
