Upjohn Institute visiting scholar Morris Kleiner has been appointed to the Panel of Experts on "Occupational Licensing: Assessing State Policy and Practice" by the National Governor’s Association, the National Conference of State Legislatures, and the Council of State Governments. The first meeting of the panel is Monday, May 22 in Washington, DC.
