Institute senior economist Tim Bartik has contributed a chapter to a new book, Shared Prosperity in America's Communities, Susan M. Wachter and Lei Ding, editors. Bartik's chapter is titled "Incentives and Urban Opportunity." The book is available from the University of Pennsylvania Press.
