Western Michigan University's 54th Annual Werner Sichel Lecture Series continues on Wednesday, September 27. Charles Ballard, Michigan State University, presents "The Fall and Rise of Income Equality in the United States." Ballard's presentation is the second of six in the 2017–2018 series titled Political Economy of Inequality: U.S. and Global Dimensions. The Sichel Lecture Series is cosponsored by the W.E. Upjohn Institute.
