Tim Bartik presents today at a National Conference of State Legislatures conference focused on incentives. The 2023 Roundtable on Evaluating Economic Development Tax Incentives runs Oct. 23-25.
Bartik's presentation, "Who Benefits from Incentives: The Effects of State Policies," draws from his research and describes the Bartik Benefit-Cost Model of Business Incentives.
