How to order

To order any Upjohn Institute publication, to request a catalog or information, or to be added to the Institute's mailing list or email list, please respond using any of the following methods. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.

Payment

All orders must include payment by check, credit card information, or purchase order. Checks must be payable to the Upjohn Institute in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. All prices are subject to change without notice.

***The Institute does not accept payment via electronic transfer of funds.***

Shipping and handling

Books to the U.S. are $6.00 for the first book or report and $3.00 each additional. To all other countries add $9.00 for the first book or report and $3.00 for each additional. Please allow for a four- to six-week delivery time for orders shipped outside the United States.

Expedited shipping is available worldwide. Overnight orders placed after noon Eastern time may not be shipped until the following day. Contact us for pricing and details.

Returns

Books must be in resalable condition and returned within six months of invoice date. Invoice number is required to give credit. Shortages and defects must be reported within 30 days.

Exam copies

Requests for examination copies should include course title, expected enrollment, and semester/term the course will be offered. Direct your requests to publications@upjohn.org. Requests from outside the U.S. must include prepayment of the cost of the book and shipping. The cost of the book will be refunded should the book be adopted.
