Shane Reed

Shane has experience cleaning, managing, and analyzing a variety of data sources, ranging from large government databases to smaller proprietary datasets for rigorous analysis.

He has utilized data from the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES), the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), a variety of private and proprietary databases, as well as creating his own with web-scraping.

Shane studied economics, cognitive science, and mathematics at The University of Michigan as an undergraduate, where he received his B.S. In his time at Michigan he worked as an research assistant for the Research Seminar in Quantitative Economics at Michigan.
