Kleiner testified before the Small Business Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax, and Capital Access during a hearing titled “Occupational Hazards: How Excessive Licensing Hurts Small Business.” Kleiner, a leading expert and renowned author on occupational regulation and licensing, described to the subcommittee how occupational regulation impacts issues such as prices, labor mobility, and service quality.
