Michigan Works! Southwest selected as Design Challenge finalist and invited to White House for Learning Exchange and Celebration

Teams from across the country recently participated in a U.S. Department of Labor Customer-Centered Design Challenge. The goal of the Design Challenge was to identify and develop innovative approaches for serving customers of the one-stop workforce development system. The proposal submitted by the team from Michigan Works! Southwest was selected as a finalist and the team was invited to attend a Learning Exchange and Celebration at the White House on September 19, 2016.
