On October 27 at 10:30 am., Nicolas Morales visits the Institute to present a paper titled "The IT Boom and Other Unintended Consequences of Chasing the American Dream." Co-authored with Gaurav Khannay, the paper shows how U.S. immigration policy, along with the growth of the Internet, led to a tech boom in India.
