Workforce Investment Act
Adult Programs and Services-Services may include assessment, career counseling, job search assistance, supportive services and occupational skills training.
Dislocated Worker Programs and Services-Services may include rapid response to address plant closures and/or significant layoffs, skills training and basic readjustment assistance.
Youth Programs and Services-Provides eligible youth seeking academic and employment success with an effective and comprehensive range of resources to improve their education and skill competencies as well as provide them with effective connections to employers.

Michigan Prisoner Re-entry Initiative (MPRI) - Program focuses on addressing the needs of ex-offenders by providing them with the necessary tools to succeed in the community.
SCOPE - (Securing Children's Opportunities, Possibilities & Empowerment) - Provides supports the development of children of incarcerated parents.
CASOM - (Comprehensive Approaches to Sex Offender Management) - Provides management and supervision of sex-offenders in their communities.

Road Construction Apprenticeship Program
The Road Construction Apprenticeship Readiness (RCAR) Program seeks to create a pool of candidates from underrepresented groups of individuals (women, minorities, and economically disadvantaged individuals) with proven readiness to enter road construction apprenticeships.
